At Floranza, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional experience and products of the highest quality. We want every purchase to delight you. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund and return guidelines are outlined below.
Coffee & Food Products
- Coffee: Due to the nature of our products, coffee beans are non-returnable once opened. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- Prepared Food & Beverages: All food and beverage sales are final unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue. Please notify us on the same day of purchase for resolution.
Merchandise & Homeware
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom or limited-edition items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.
Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Event Tickets & Experiences
- Event bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another guest with at least 72 hours’ notice.
