Every bag we create begins in the highlands of El Salvador. We partner directly with farmers in micro lots, honoring fair relationships and regenerative practices. Our roasting is small batch, guided by origin and terroir coaxing out floral notes, citrus brightness, and chocolate warmth, without ever masking the bean’s natural voice.
